Sourced from pear orchards in late summer. An innovative ingredient from the food industry utilising an upcycled extraction process. Natural fruits are unusual in perfumery as the high-water content makes it difficult to obtain a fragrant extract.
Pears are steamed for pear juice, creating a by-product of pear water that would otherwise be wasted.
